It
may sound contradictory yet it's so true. Richard Bach, author of the
best sellers Jonathan Livingston Seagull and Illusions:
Adventures of a Reluctant Messiah says
it this way: “Argue for your limitations and sure enough, they're
yours.” Let's take a look at how this might show up in your home
business or network marketing business.
No
matter what your business, sooner or later you are going to have to
talk with people—or at the very least connect with them online. You
say “I can't talk with people, even online; I'm too shy.” Well,
guess what, if you choose to hold on to your shyness, it can cost you
a fortune. You have to “let go” of your shyness so that you can
“have” whatever it is you want from your business for your life.
Maybe
shyness isn't an issue for you because you are extremely personable.
However, the thought of using social media or social networking to
help build your business seems way too techie for you. Same thing
again; if you choose to hold on to your “it's too techie for me
beliefs,” it can cost you a fortune from all the online buyers.
You
have to “let go” of your “too techie for me beliefs” so that
you can “have” whatever it is you want. You can either learn how
to use social media and social networking or you can hire someone to
do it for you. Thousands and thousands of people of all ages are
using it, why not you?
If
you continue to hold on to beliefs that do not serve you, you will
miss out on the life you want. As motivational speaker Les Brown
says: “Life has no limitations, except the ones you make.”
Are
you willing to Let Go so that you can Have?
